OSAF — the Open Sovereign AI Federation — is a vendor-neutral, non-profit association advancing sovereign, independent and interoperable AI infrastructure worldwide.
Mission
AI infrastructure is becoming critical national infrastructure. OSAF exists to reduce concentration risk and promote a trusted ecosystem of sovereign AI operators, infrastructure providers, researchers, public-sector bodies and enterprise users.

Organisations onboarding into the ecosystem or contributing expertise, software, policy or research capacity.
Government, academic or institutional observers participating in selected events and policy discussions.
